About the Role This is a full-time, outside sales position where you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners and present customized bath remodeling solutions. We provide the leads—you focus on closing sales. Our proven system is designed to set you up for success, allowing you to concentrate on delivering a professional sales presentation and helping customers transform their homes. Key Responsibilities Deliver our proprietary in-home sales presentation using an iPad Design customized bath solutions using company software Provide pricing and close sales during appointments Attend weekly sales training and team meetings Follow a proven sales process to maximize performance What We’re Looking For Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Confident presentation and closing abilities Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Outgoing and professional demeanor Previous sales experience preferred, but not required Compensation & Benefits (California Compliant) Expected annual earnings: $90,000 – $150,000 Compensation is commission-based; earnings are not guaranteed and depend on individual performance Top performers may exceed the stated range Pre-qualified leads provided (no cold calling) Comprehensive training program from start to close Why Join Bath Planet of Inland Empire?
