Requirements Strong communicator with in-person sales experience preferred Comfortable with commission-based earnings Confident handling objections and closing deals Self-motivated, competitive, and performance-driven Reliable transportation and availability for appointments Working Conditions Field-based role with frequent travel to customer locations, events, and community outreach sites. Flexible, including evenings and weekends to accommodate homeowner availability. Ability to walk, stand, and engage in door-to-door sales or event-based selling.
