• $31.64 hour
• $1.10 per km + p aid travel time between clients

  We have a permanent part-time position available for an In Home Support Worker supporting our clients across Toowoomba.

YOUR ROLE

As an In Home Support Worker you’ll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our clients. Your tasks will include:

• Providing the very best care and support to clients in line with their personalised care plans
• Undertaking domestic duties including cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
• Providing support duties such as shopping, transport etc
• Working as part of the care team, using a holistic approach, to look at every aspect of our clients’ care

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Current Police Screening Certificate
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
• A reliable roadworthy vehicle, with current registration and comprehensive insurance
• Current Queensland driver’s licence
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
• Proof of immunity, or willingness to become vaccinated against, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Hepatitis B, Varicella (Chicken Pox) & Pertussis (Whooping Cough).
• Good computer & mobile device skills
• Previous experience in a similar role
