Job Description Squaretrade, an Allstate company, is looking for energetic, high-performing, tech-savvy individuals to support our Operations and Supply Chain team as a Data Lead. In this role, you will help Allstate maintain our network of repair technician’s compliance for in-home product categories (Major Appliances, Television, Water Heater, and Lawn and Garden)by actively monitoring background check compliance, OEM authorization statuses, labor rate, part returns and general data analysis through the use of queries and Tableau. Since this is an external-facing role, you will act as a brand ambassador for the company and will demonstrate high energy, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail. You will also bring a continuous improvement mindset to the role, and identify opportunities to improve and automate data processes for all stakeholders. Responsibilities: Effectively maintain service network background check compliance and rescreenings Maintain a thorough daily file of service network OEM authorizations Communicate with prospective service providers via email and phone Effectively explain Allstate’s repair processes, and standards of service Facilitate phone interviews Evaluate candidates to determine suitability for Allstate’s service network Articulate value proposition to candidates who are interested in the job opportunity and keep them engaged Effectively guide service providers through onboarding processes in a timely manner Maintain and present recruiting progress reports to the team Qualifications Preferred Qualities (not required): Excellent understanding of querying data Technical expertise with an ability use Power Automate to send mass emails Proficiency in Microsoft workspace, particularly Word and Excel Effective structured communication in complex situations A “go-getter” with strong record of rolling up sleeves and tactical execution Able to work well independently Strong interest in data analysis/compliance You’re our ideal candidate if you [are]...
