POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking Specialized Tutors to support students in their homes. Your role will involve one-on-one or small group tutoring tailored to each learner’s needs using adaptive, formative, and evidence-based techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associates degree required.
• Experience tutoring K–12 students (ELA & Math).
• Comfort working in-home.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Commitment to empowering academic excellence.

• Deliver individualized, in-home tutoring that prioritizes academic mastery.
• Use social-emotional learning (SEL) techniques to foster student confidence.
• Support progress toward academic goals through targeted instruction and engagement.
