OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with experience in QuickBooks. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, performing bank reconciliations, and preparing financial reports.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
  • Familiarity with corporate accounting
  • Proficiency in financial software and technical accounting principles
  • Strong understanding of debits & credits, account reconciliation, and general ledger reconciliation
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to perform 10 key typing efficiently for data entry tasks
  • Experience in financial report writing is a plus
    The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to accuracy and integrity in all aspects of their work while contributing positively to our team environment.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week
