We are a diversified family office with a portfolio spanning multiple sectors including media, food & beverage, technology, advertising, and property. With a growing number of ventures and complex commercial arrangements, we are seeking an experienced In-House Commercial & Litigation Lawyer to join our team on a part-time basis.

THE ROLE

This is a hands-on legal position that will see you work across a variety of commercial matters, manage litigation and dispute resolution processes, and assist with corporate structuring and contract reviews. You will also be responsible for briefing and managing external counsel where required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage commercial disputes and litigation across the group’s entities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including shareholder agreements, service agreements, and supplier terms.
• Brief and liaise with external counsel, prepare and file court documents, and attend to procedural matters.
• Provide legal input on corporate structuring, entity setup, and intercompany arrangements.
• Provide risk management advice and support on regulatory compliance matters.
• Maintain internal legal documentation and assist with governance and reporting needs.
