Job Description AireSpring is looking for an experienced attorney with at least five (5) years relevant work transactional legal experience in a law firm or in-house. You will be working remotely, reporting directly to the AireSpring General Counsel and interfacing with the Legal Department staff. You will handle a variety of tasks, including commercial contract review, drafting, and negotiation. Based on your experience, you may also assist in intellectual property, employment, regulatory, corporate governance, or litigation matters. You must have ability to work and communicate well with others, yet also be able to work self-sufficiently. Qualifications Recommended requirements: Excellent judgment and high integrity Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with clients, partners, and personnel at all levels across the organization Willing to tackle wide range of routine to complex projects, and adaptable to taking on tasks in new or unfamiliar areas of the law Positive, can-do attitude, and able to manage numerous projects and deadlines simultaneously Excellent English reading and writing skills. Law journal experience a plus Experience reviewing, redlining, drafting, and proofing commercial contracts Great communication skills 5 years + work experience as an attorney Able to work independently and with a small team Legal research abilities a plus Litigation experience a plus Telecommunications or computer background a plus Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
