We are seeking a practical and experienced In-House Counsel to support the legal needs of a diversified company involved in construction, manufacturing, and building materials supply, as well as its management and holding companies. The role provides legal guidance across all business units, manages risk, ensures compliance, and supports strategic initiatives, including acquisitions and financing.

Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice across all business operations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements.
  • Support collections, lien enforcement, and credit matters.
  • Lead and manage litigation and disputes, including small claims.
  • Develop and implement risk management and compliance programs.
  • Maintain corporate records, filings, and registrations.
  • Advise on corporate governance and support the executive team.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions.
  • Oversee intellectual property protection and insurance matters.
  • Advise on employment law, contracts, and workplace issues.
