In-House Dispatch Specialist Location: Irving, TX Company: Dry Force Corp Employment Type: Full-Time   Dry Force is currently hiring for our in-house Dispatch Team! We are seeking driven, service-minded professionals with emergency-services experience to contribute to a fast-growing and highly respected company. As a Dispatch Specialist, you will work directly with customers, technicians, subcontractors, and internal staff to coordinate emergency water damage response services. You'll be joining a high-performing, close-knit team that values professionalism, empathy, and a strong sense of purpose. Key Responsibilities * Operate a multi-line phone system in our corporate office. * Dispatch technicians and project managers in real time based on availability and proximity. * Provide empathetic and clear instructions to customers awaiting service. * Monitor active jobs and provide customers with updates. * Accurately input and retrieve data across multiple software platforms. * Forward non-emergency requests to the appropriate departments. * Act as a calm, supportive liaison during often stressful situations for our clients. Minimum Requirements * 1+ years of dispatching experience preferred. * 1+ years in a call center or direct customer service environment preferred. * Proficient with technology and quick to learn new systems. * High School Diploma or GED required. * Clear criminal background and ability to pass a drug screen. * Reliable transportation. * Flexibility in working varied shifts, including holidays and surge periods. Working Schedule Highlights * Flexible Workweek: Must be available to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). In return, you receive two consecutive days off weekly. * Shifts vary between 7:00 AM and 10:30 PM, including: * Examples: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 1:30 PM–10:30 PM, etc. * No fixed recurring schedule; shift times vary based on company needs and team availability. * Surge Periods: During high-demand times, dispatchers may work 10-hour shifts and are eligible for up to 10 hours of overtime per week. * 24/7 Operation: While most shifts fall within core hours, occasional schedule changes may occur to meet operational demands.
