WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Reporting to our Insurance Services Manager, this full-time hands-on role will support the delivery and ongoing management of Wesfarmers’ Group insurance program. You will have a unique opportunity to work on complex programs across a diverse portfolio of businesses, contributing real value while continuing to develop and refine your expertise.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide strategic and technical insurance advice across a diverse business portfolio
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various industries
• Gather and analyse insurance and risk data to support decision-making
• Review insurance policies, contracts, and regulatory developments
• Support the design and implementation of annual insurance programs
• Collaborate on risk engineering initiatives and communicate their value to business units
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement efforts
• Other projects and activities supporting the Insurance Services team as required
