We are seeking a highly skilled In-House Litigation Counsel to join our dynamic legal team. Responsibilities Manage and oversee all litigation matters involving STELLA, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. Develop and implement litigation strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders and outside counsel. Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation efforts and provide legal opinions as necessary. Represent the company in court and at mediations, negotiating settlements and pursuing favorable outcomes. Monitor and analyze legal risks associated with business operations and provide proactive advice to mitigate these risks. Stay updated on relevant legal developments, industry standards, and emerging litigation trends that may impact the company. Train and mentor junior legal staff on litigation practices and company policies. Jurisdictions required: J.D. from an accredited law school with admission to practice in relevant states. Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in-house or with a law firm. Strong understanding of civil litigation processes and procedures. Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts. Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Demonstrated experience in dispute resolution and negotiation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
