The company seeks a motivated in-house attorney to support sales and commercial transactions functions on a high volume, fast-paced basis; risk assessment and mitigation, corporate governance, and oversight of litigation. The ideal candidate will have at least five years experience in a top law firm or in-house legal department.

Basic Requirements of the In-House Legal Counsel Attorney:

• JD from US accredited law school
• Active Bar license in good standing from any US state
• At least 5 years’ experience in a transactional role with a top law firm and/or in-house legal department
• Strong contract drafting and negotiating experience
