QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Outgoing and enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to engage guests and promote vacation ownership.
  • Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities

• Generate guest excitement regarding Capital Vacations’ products and services.

  • Invite owners to attend an Owner’s Update.
  • Invite non-owners to attend sales presentations for Capital Vacations.
  • Assist guests and owners with on-site and off-site needs, ensuring smooth check-in experiences.
  • Understand company policies and ensure qualifications for presentations are met.
  • Maintain knowledge of local attractions, shows, and events to provide recommendations to guests.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and legibly.
  • Handle cash responsibly and maintain production above minimum standards.
  • Answer inbound and outbound calls, supporting guest needs.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
