Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking an experienced, hands‑on in‑house recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring for a 3–6‑month contract. You’ll partner with leaders to clarify requirements, build diverse pipelines, run a structured process, and close top candidates quickly. This is an internal role (not agency).

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own the end‑to‑end hiring process for engineering roles—from kickoff/intake through offer and onboarding handoff.
  • Work with the hiring manager and the team to create clear role descriptions, structured interview plans, and decision criteria.
  • Seek Candidates through postings, network, and outreach.
  • Screen candidates and make recommendations for consideration.
  • Assess skills and values alignment; schedule interviews, run and prep interviewers.
  • Create offers (comp bands/approvals, references, negotiations).
  • Keep organized and maintain pipelines; ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
  • Build hiring templates, interview kits, rubrics, and interviewer training plans.
  • Report weekly on pipeline health, time‑to‑fill, funnel conversion, and risks with clear recommended actions.
  • Enhance employer brand through clear, candidate‑focused job posts and content.
