What You’ll Do You will diagnose, repair, and support commercial and industrial cleaning and packaging equipment—including vacuums, scrubbers, and sweepers—ensuring customers receive safe and reliable equipment. Your responsibilities include: Testing equipment to determine repair needs. Repairing or replacing parts and making needed adjustments. Completing detailed service reports for each job. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area. Driving to customer sites for repairs when needed. Building strong relationships with customers and representing Nassco professionally. Setting up and testing new equipment prior to customer delivery. Participating in manufacturer training to grow your technical expertise. Requirements What We’re Looking For Ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 75–125 lbs., work in tight spaces, and perform physical tasks regularly. This position requires being able to bend, kneel, reach out with arms and crouch. Work Environment Warehouse-based environment with exposure to dust, temperature changes, fragrances, and cleaning chemical odors. Moderate noise levels and a hands-on, fast-paced work setting.
