Telus Digital are seeking a Inhouse Trainer to join the team in the Essen Office. This exciting role requires someone with equal parts passion and ambition to deliver comprehensive training which in turn aims to improve staff efficiency and performance.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Organize and hold trainings for new hires and experienced colleagues
Staying abreast of changes in the workflows and policies and adapting training methods and materials
Point of contact in matters of internal training needs and for correcting inconsistencies in the trainings and reference materials with our Business Partner
Evaluate the new hires and maintain training records
Quality assurance, as well as development of professional and communication skills
Provide support for the team in the operating day-to-day business
