OVERVIEW

Potts Law Firm is seeking a creative, organized, and self-motivated In-House Marketing Coordinator specializing in Social Media and Content Creation to join our Marketing Department. This hybrid role plays a key part in producing high-quality video content for our brand and managing our presence across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, social media strategy, and performance analytics.
This position is responsible for creating compelling and on-brand content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. This role is critical in capturing footage, coordinating with vendors, and publishing final content on our official accounts. The Marketing Coordinator will also monitor engagement metrics to help inform and refine future content strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media coordination, marketing, and videoing preferably in a professional services setting.
  • Proficient with camera equipment and lighting setups.
  • Comfortable directing individuals during on-camera shoots.
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific content styles (ex: short-form video for TikTok vs. professional branding on LinkedIn).
  • Familiarity with social media tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, and YouTube Studio.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to regional offices and events (ex: West Texas).

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Basic knowledge of video editing (even if not the primary responsibility).
  • Experience using scheduling platforms like Later, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
  • Graphic design familiarity (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite a plus).
  • Experience with legal services and community engagement.
