POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Videographer/Photographer to join our team. As our in-house content creator, you’ll be responsible for capturing all of our digital online workout videos, marketing materials, brand content and more. You’ll work closely with our Senior Producer and Creative Lead to bring our brand vision to life through high-quality photography and videography that resonates with our community. We’re looking for a collaborative team player who brings fresh ideas and creative solutions to continuously elevate our visual storytelling and find innovative ways to improve our content creation processes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years of professional video/photography experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing both video production and photography work
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing software:
• Photo editing: Capture One, Adobe Photoshop, Bridge
• Video editing: Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience with professional lighting equipment
• On-set production experience with understanding of video production workflows
• Advanced retouching and video editing skills
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities
• Excellent visual storytelling skills with ability to maintain brand consistency
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines in both independent and collaborative settings
• Stay updated on current trends and best practices in video and photo production for fitness and lifestyle brands

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brand photography/videography
• Knowledge of social media content requirements and best practices
• Experience with e-commerce product photography
• Familiarity with content management systems and digital asset organization
• Understanding of current video trends and social media platforms
• Experience with Airtable or Similar workflow management tools
