Description Coordinate pantry operations and in-kind donations for WINGS, including inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and distribution support. Key Responsibilities: · Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pantry environment while supporting daily pantry operations. · Receive, sort, store, track, and distribute in-kind donations in accordance with program procedures and maintain accurate inventory records. · Monitor inventory levels, communicate supply needs or concerns to the In-Kind Program Supervisor, and process pantry requests within established timeframes. · Prepare and coordinate items for delivery, pickup, and distribution at program sites, special events, and seasonal distributions. · Support pantry volunteers through day-to-day coordination, task direction, and ongoing assistance. · Conduct outreach to approved WINGS graduates, maintain accurate notes, and complete required documentation and routine reports. · Assist with donor education events, donation drives, stewardship activities, and other in-kind program initiatives. · Provide professional, responsive customer service to internal and external stakeholders and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements · High school diploma or equivalent required. · Experience in inventory, warehouse, pantry, delivery, or related support work preferred. · Strong organization and communication skills; professional, dependable, and able to handle sensitive information appropriately. · Ability to work independently, stay flexible, and work well with others. · Valid Illinois driver’s license, reliable transportation, automobile insurance, and a clean driving record required; ability to drive agency vehicles required. · Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including regularly lifting up to 35 pounds, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods. · Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. · Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
