This is a position with hybrid work environment, providing flexibility and collaboration opportunities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading AI/ML initiatives within our organization. Key Responsibilities: · Lead and manage AI/ML projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI/ML solutions. · Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage AI/ML technologies for business improvement. · Establish best practices and frameworks for AI/ML development and deployment. · Manage and mentor team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence. · Monitor and evaluate project performance, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.
