Description

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused In-Office IT Support Specialist to join our on-site team. The successful applicant will provide technical assistance and support for employees, manage office IT infrastructure, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure the smooth operation of all in-office IT systems.

Requirements:

  • IT certification
  • 1–3 years of IT support experience, preferably in an office environment
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and common business software
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts
  • Familiarity with remote desktop tools, and IT ticketing systems
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently under minimal supervision

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide technical support for desktop computers, printers, phones, and other office hardware
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and office IT equipment
  • Respond to walk-up requests, and phone calls for IT assistance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain and manage local area networks (LAN), internet connections, and wireless networks
  • Monitor system performance and ensure uptime of key IT services and systems
  • Assist in implementing IT policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Collaborate with other departments to support technology needs for meetings, presentations, or events
  • Keep accurate records of equipment inventory, service logs, and IT documentation

Qualifications and Skills:

  • IT certification
  • Experience with VoIP systems, cloud services
