We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team and contribute to our mission.
As an In Office/Off Premises Customer Service Representative at Denali, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with them. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers receive prompt, efficient, and personalized service, whether they are in our office or off premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, either in person, over the phone, or through online channels
  • Answer customer inquiries, provide information about our products and services, and assist with any issues or concerns they may have
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and gift card payments
  • Maintain and organize inventory of products, ensuring that shelves and displays are fully stocked and visually appealing
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotions, events, and product displays that attract and engage customers
  • Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to be able to provide accurate information to customers
  • Record and relay customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints to the appropriate department for further action

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college or post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or outdoor/adventure setting
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; able to communicate effectively with customers of all ages and backgrounds
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail; able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and experience using CRM systems and POS systems
