Description
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
2-3 years of customer service/office admin experience
High-volume call center or inbound calling experience
Pleasant demeanor over the phone and emails
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, TRUX an asset
Strong written and oral communication skills
Critical and logical thinking skills
Responsibilities
Answering customer calls and processing customer orders for new service, discontinuance, or changes in service.
Accepting payments from customers, researching customer billing inquiries and updating customer account information.
Interacting with customers and Waste Connections employees to determine service requirements, resolve problems or complaints, and seeks cost-effective, safe environmentally sound solutions to service issues.
Entering data from new sales material as well as customer terminations and service changes
Maintaining sales spreadsheets and pdf files related to the sales activities
Analyzing account activity and suggesting opportunities for service improvements to the customer with a consultative approach
Maintaining appropriate files and documentation, in accordance with company policy and internal control
