Belmond is currently seeking a passionate and experienced In-Room Dining Manager to join our team. As the In-Room Dining Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the in-room dining department, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for our guests. In this role, you will train, supervise, counsel, and discipline in-room dining colleagues, organize and conduct pre-shift meetings, and interact with guests to resolve any issues or concerns. You will also be expected to implement and maintain Belmond standards and contribute to the creation of new ideas for service and products. REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent leadership and communication skills, along with previous experience in a similar managerial position. A strong understanding of food and beverage operations is also essential. Additionally, physical endurance and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are key requirements for this role. As an In-Room Dining Manager, you must have the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and have exceptional problem-solving skills. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, is necessary. We also require adherence to Belmond’s grooming and attire policies, as well as a commitment to safety and following established procedures.
