Job Description Fairmont the Red Sea, located in the beautiful coastal city of Umluj, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dynamic and experienced In Room Dining Manager to join our luxury hospitality team. As the In Room Dining Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our in-room dining operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a dedicated team of professionals. Manage and optimize the daily operations of the in-room dining department Lead, train, and motivate a team of in-room dining staff to deliver exceptional service Develop and implement innovative menu concepts that align with guest preferences and hotel standards Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization Oversee inventory management and maintain optimal stock levels Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in in-room dining services Handle guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall dining experience Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the hotel's overall success Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in in-room dining or restaurant management, preferably in luxury hospitality settings Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, menu planning, and current culinary trends Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences Proficiency in hotel management software and point-of-sale systems Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control Effective communication and interpersonal skills Food safety certification Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards and expectations Adaptability to work in a multicultural environment Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus Additional Information Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment. experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages. Experience in pre-Opening is a must. A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
