Job Description Raffles the Red Sea, located in the beautiful coastal city of Umluj, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced and dynamic In Room Dining Manager to join our luxury hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and elevate our in-room dining experience, ensuring the highest standards of service and culinary excellence for our discerning guests. Oversee and manage all aspects of the in-room dining operation, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update innovative in-room dining menus that reflect current trends and guest preferences Ensure impeccable service standards and maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction Manage inventory, budgeting, and financial aspects of the in-room dining department Implement and maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations and company policies Analyze guest feedback and sales data to continuously improve the in-room dining experience Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury hotel in-room dining or restaurant management Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and culinary trends Proficiency in inventory management and budgeting Experience with hospitality management software and point-of-sale systems Food safety certification Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Understanding of and passion for luxury hospitality standards and fine dining Additional Information Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment. experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages. Experience in pre-Opening is a must. A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
