What You’ll Do * Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guest rooms and suites. * Anticipate guest needs and personalize their experience to surprise and delight. * Prepare, serve, and clear in-room dining orders with attention to detail and brand standards. * Support the Mixbar and ensure rooms are always stocked, stylish, and on-brand. * Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently while maintaining W’s Whatever/Whenever attitude. * Collaborate with your team and leaders to create seamless service experiences. * Uphold cleanliness, safety, and operational standards at all times. What We’re Looking For * A genuine passion for hospitality, guest service, and creating unforgettable moments. * Previous experience in Food & Beverage or Room Service is an advantage. * Excellent communication skills and a professional, confident presence. * A team player with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail. * Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Fluency in English; Czech or other languages are a plus.
