The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a n Room Service Server who share s a passion for excellence and who infuse s enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Room Service Server have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge o f the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Responsibilities
  • Deliver food orders including any special needs or requests to the guest in-room, check completed kitchen orders with the coordinator or guest’s original order; transport items to the guestroom in a tim ely manner to ensure proper food quality.
  • Greet guests, describe selected items to the guest using interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item’s origin, taste, and preparation methods . Highlighting any special requests or dietary restrictions . C ommunicate options for removal of trays and dishware; respond to request for tray removal according to established time standards.
  • Breakdown, clean and set-up of room service tables, condiment set-ups, flatware, dishware, and room service side stations.
  • Delivery of Daily Amenities to guest rooms and ensuring Amenities are placed in the room prior to the arrival of guests
  • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
  • Properly and accurately close guest checks securing room number and signature; properly settle voided checks or complimentary meals.
