Responsibilities
  • Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
  • Follow thoroughly the sequence of service from the in-room dining department.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, wine selections, and daily specials to make recommendations and upsell thoughtfully
  • Set up, serve, and clear orders in guest rooms, following service standards and safety protocols.
  • Ensure trays, carts, and trolleys are properly stocked, clean, and ready for service.
  • Ensure that overall cleanliness and maintenance of our working areas are maintained at all times.
  • Provide timely, personalized, friendly, polite, and efficient food and beverage service to our hotel guests in their guestrooms or any other area of the hotel as directed.
  • Uphold the highest internal and external customer service standards by demonstrating Fairmont Service Essentials and Forbes standards and applying 5 Diamond Service at all times.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
