POSITION OVERVIEW:

The In-Room Dining Attendant ensures that all room service orders are prepared accurately, delivered promptly, and presented with exceptional hospitality. This role combines attention to detail, guest interaction, and operational efficiency to provide a seamless dining experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prolonged periods of being on your feet per shift.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.

Responsibilities
  • Promptly take, confirm, and process guest in-room dining orders via phone or POS system.
  • Prepare trays, carts, and presentation items to brand standards.
  • Deliver orders to guest rooms courteously and efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
  • Anticipate guest needs, accommodate special requests, and resolve any service issues promptly.
  • Clear and reset trays/carts from guest rooms and hallways in a timely manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of in-room dining area, including service pantries.
  • Assist with mini-bar replenishment (if applicable).
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with culinary, housekeeping, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
