We are looking for an In-Room Dining Supervisor who will play a key role in overseeing the in-room dining operations, ensuring prompt and exceptional service that reflects IHG’s high standards. A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be: Supervising daily in-room dining operations to ensure timely and accurate service. Coordinating with the kitchen and service teams to deliver food and beverage orders efficiently and to standard. Training, coaching, and motivating the in-room dining team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Monitoring guest satisfaction, handling complaints professionally, and ensuring prompt follow-up. Supporting the F&B leadership in scheduling, staff allocation, and performance reviews. Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times. Managing inventory, ensuring proper handling of equipment, and monitoring service supplies. Promoting in-room upselling opportunities and IHG loyalty program enrollments. Assisting with VIP setups, special requests, and personalized service experiences. What we need from you: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality or related field. 3–5 years’ experience in Food & Beverage operations within a 4/5-star hotel, preferably in in-room dining or room service. At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Passion for guest service and attention to detail. Willingness to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Must speak fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
