Knowledge of mental health issues and community resources. Experience working within a school setting desired. Key Responsibilities: - Provide individual and group counseling to students to address mental and emotional challenges. - Actively listen to students and ask insightful questions to help them understand their problems. - Develop and implement strategies to assist students in improving their overall well-being and academic performance. - Collaborate with school district staff to monitor student progress. - Connect students and families with community resources to enhance support systems.
