Requirements Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related fields. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and school staff. Experience in counseling or working with youth in an educational setting is preferred. Knowledge of mental health issues and community resources. Experience working within a school setting desired. Key Responsibilities: - Provide individual and group counseling to students to address mental and emotional challenges. - Actively listen to students and ask insightful questions to help them understand their problems. - Develop and implement strategies to assist students in improving their overall well-being and academic performance. - Collaborate with school district staff to monitor student progress. - Connect students and families with community resources to enhance support systems.
