The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting students' mental and emotional well-being in the William Penn School District - Penn Wood Middle School, helping them to identify and manage issues that may impact on their educational experience. Requirements Key Responsibilities: - Provide individual and group counseling to students to address mental and emotional challenges. - Actively listen to students and ask insightful questions to help them understand their problems. - Develop and implement strategies to assist students in improving their overall well-being and academic performance.
