Job Description Developed and built by Notes Live, the Ford Amphitheater is an 8,000-capacity, state-of-the-art venue right in the heart of the Polaris Pointe development in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The In-seat bartender will mix/make drinks ordered through the In-seat service, for the In-seat runners to deliver to guests. ***This position is not tipped Compensation Data COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $21.25 to $21.25. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. For jobs in San Francisco, this includes the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.Qualifications 21 years of age or older (Required) Previous bartender experience (Preferred) Previous cash handling experience (Preferred) TEAM/ServSafe Alcohol Certification (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed) ServSafe or Food Safety Certification equivalent (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed) Basic math and counting skills (Required) Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of up to 25lbs. Exhibit and practice the highest level of guest satisfaction skills Willingness to accept change and new procedures Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, meet production/service time schedules, and adapt to necessary and unforeseen changes Ability to work independently with limited supervision This role will have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of PPE. This role also may be outside so may be exposed to sun and other inclement weather.
