Job Description & Summary: The Portfolio Support SME is responsible for delivering, improving, and helping to oversee all end-user services functions across a particular portfolio. The ideal candidate needs to possess strong work management skills and have advanced technical knowledge of the platform/tools they support. The applicant must be able to motivate people, encourage teamwork, and communicate effectively with senior management and portfolio leaders. It is expected that individuals in this role are extremely responsive to the needs of their assigned portfolios and the underlying support team. Responsibilities: Manage the delivery of high-quality service & support for the assigned portfolio. End to end operational focus - Application, Productivity, Utilization, Quality, Incident, Problem & Service Levels Work with the portfolio teams to bring the operations in-line with the target state operating model Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team supporting the portfolio Manage and plan accordingly for onboarding new applications, releases and changes in scope, including on-boarding and training the relevant teams. Escalation points for support issues, service deficiencies and training as well as leading the implementation of service improvement tasks for support teams. Formulate, coordinate and/or track remediation plans arising from critical production issues, including reporting to leadership.
