Downer Professional Services is comprised of two business units, our Technical, Advisory, and Capability consulting practice and Team Downer, a major service partner to Defence. Together, we are a multi-disciplinary advisory and delivery partner of choice for our clients in Defence and National Security.
We currently have an opportunity for an In-Service Support Manager based in Canberra to support the transition and sustainment of the JIC System, ensuring optimal operation from Introduction Into Service (IIS) through ongoing support, while liaising with Defence and industry stakeholders.

This role offers a broad scope, with key role responsibilities including:

• Act as the interface between ADF and industry within delegated scope
• Manage configuration and support the Engineering Manager with CCB preparation
• Oversee TDL equipment, SCAs, and coordinate repair/replacement items
• Provide input into IIS transition planning and corporate reporting
• Support MILIS/ERP processes and stakeholder engagement across Defence
