Job Summary: HUB24 is regularly hiring In-specie Transfer Administrators to join our high-performing teams in both Sydney CBD and the Gold Coast. As an In-specie Transfer Administrator, you’ll manage the transfer of a variety of assets; including shares and managed funds - delivering seamless asset transfer experiences for our clients and partners, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional client service. You’ll be the key contact for clients and counterparties, handling complex transactions. Responsibilities: Oversee the transfer of shares (domestic and international), managed funds, and other assets, ensuring timely and accurate execution Act as the primary contact for clients, providing updates and resolving enquiries throughout the transfer process Coordinate asset movements between investment platforms and superannuation products Manage case tickets and client communications, delivering service excellence Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory obligations, maintaining accurate records and documentation Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Product, Compliance, IT) and external partners (Dealer Groups, Advisers, Service Providers) Requirements: Experience with inspecie or asset transfers, and knowledge of financial instruments, products, and platforms Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach Understanding of Australian securities, managed funds, and settlement risks High attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a “can do” attitude Ability to prioritise, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively within a high-performing team Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are highly regarded The Recruitment Process Acknowledgement email once your application has been submitted.
