How you will contribute You will: Define and develop In store Standards for primary shelf and secondary placement in line with category and brand strategy, adapt it to each retail environment by customer and all supporting rationale and customer stories Lead end to end delivery of displays. Responsible for setting all POSM design principles. Responsible for landing all activation platforms. Coordinate with suppliers / agencies to ensure seamless execution for visibility and activations. Continuously work on PiOS tailoring and execution. Lead and track pack engineering stream. Continuously work on leveling up E-com virtual shelves. Work on category management projects for strategic customers.
