We are looking for part-time In Store Lead Generators to join our team. We offer Hourly rate of $20.00 – 22.00 per hour PLUS commission pay. Average hourly earnings of $20-30/hr after commissions. Weekly pay via direct deposit Paid training — no HVAC experience required Opportunities for growth Responsibilities Work inside a national retail home improvement store engaging customers about HVAC upgrades, indoor air quality, and energy savings Promote free in-home consultations or schedule tune-ups — our expert sales advisors handle the rest Qualifications What You Need: Ability to work independently in a retail environment. Willingness to approach, speak and engage with customers. Sales experience is preferred, but a vibrant personality can compensate Driven personality with an internal competitive spirit to exceed goals Willingness to work weekend, high-volume, retail hours. Some holidays required. Ability to stand/walk during shift duration. Reliable transportation. Minimum age requirement of 18 years old at date of application.
