American Home Design is hiring part-time and full-time In-Store Promotions Representatives for our Knoxville area team. We have opportunities to work in the Knoxville, Maryville, Centerline, Oak Ridge, Sevierville, Lenoir City and Morristown locations. Our promoters work inside local Home Depot stores and schedule appointments for a free water test with shoppers. You are setting an appointment with homeowners for a FREE water test. You get paid well to talk to people! We offer paid training and a lucrative base + unlimited bonus opportunity. Our top in-store representatives are making over $30/hour!. Promotions Rep Job Responsibilities: Set qualified appointments for in-home water assessments Engage shoppers in conversation via a well trained script to generate interest in more information Call the Call Center to confirm and schedule the customer's appointment time on the spot Use the provided script and technology tools accurately Maintain energy and professionalism throughout the shift Meet and exceed hourly appointment expectations Promotions Rep Benefits: Flexible weekly schedule Paid each week with an option for daily pay Uncapped bonus opportunity Year-end Bonus Opportunity for full-time employment with benefits (including health insurance) Opportunity for growth within the company Promotions Rep Qualifications: Customer-facing background (servers, retail, call center) Ability to speak to customers with confidence and enthusiasm Independent, self-motivated, comfortable with rejection Tech-savvy and able to learn app-based systems Must be able to work at least 1 weekend day; flexible schedule Ability to walk the Home Depot store for a 4 hour shift Reliable transportation Must be able to pass a background check American Home Design is a locally owned and operated home improvement company proudly serving TN for over 45 years.
