The Opportunity: We're seeking an individual to own our employee development programs from onboarding to ongoing growth. Shape our team culture while ensuring training excellence across all operations! What You'll Do: Lead Training Programs: Own floor staff training and ensure consistency across all programs and store locations Manage Employee Lifecycle: Assist in onboarding and exit processes Drive Communication: Lead huddles as communication lead for People Operations Support Operations: Participate in leadership meetings, provide floor support during busy periods, and manage employee engagement programs What We're Looking For: Experience with the Retail or Alcohol Industry Experience with training programs Team player who takes initiative and maintains discretion Personable communicator Bilingual is a plus!
