Job Description Eurofins PSS is seeking a Research Associate who will be responsible for providing support for cell-based in vitro DDI assays, including cell culture, instrument maintenance, and general support of in vitro lab operations. The candidate will work directly on a client site in Boston, MA, supporting an In Vitro transporter and enzymology group.This role will begin in January 2026. Responsibilities: Cell culture including cell maintenance, splitting and seeding to assay plates) Cell reagents ordering/restocking; requesting from in house: selective agents, trypsin, FVB, PDL plates, etc Making cell media/buffer prep/requesting KH buffer Incubator, BSC, and water bath maintenance for sterility (prevent contaminations) LC-MS maintenance and solvent refill daily Simple transporter inhibition assays other duties as assigned Qualifications The successful candidate will possess: Hands-on experience in in vitro labs in pharmaceutical or biotech settings, preferably skilled in cell culture and/or LC-MS/MS bioanalysis Working experience in drug research and development environment, ideally in a DMPK setting Preferred but not required: hands-on experience of in vitro ADME assays, report writing experience Required Experience: BS/BA degree in biology or relevant fields with 1-4 years of working experience OR MS degree in biology or related fields with 0-2 years of working experience Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship Additional Information Position is full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
