Responsibilities: · Analyze and optimize production planning and quality management processes. · Configure and implement SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) modules. · Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements. · Provide end-user training and support. · Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP PPQM modules. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with other SAP modules. · Develop documentation for system processes and configurations. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. · Minimum of 4-6 years of experience working with SAP PP and QM modules. · In-depth knowledge of SAP Production Planning and Quality Management processes. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work independently and in a team environment. · Certification in SAP PP and/or QM is a plus. *Mandatory Skill Sets SAP FICO *Preferred skill sets SAP certification.
