" Job Description & Summary: PwC’s iGT – Social team is looking for high-potential Associates to support high-impact consulting engagements. You will work closely with clients in social sector. Responsibilities: § Review of project proposals / DPRs pertaining to Civil Infrastructure and other related sectors. § Monitor the progress of projects taken up in these sectors with regard to quality and quantity. § Suggest strategies for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the projects by identifying bottlenecks requiring resolution; § Documentation of process and outcomes of various projects being implemented. § Document success stories/lessons learnt § Prepare presentations, agenda notes, and various other documents as required; Mandatory Skill Sets: Forestry Preferred skill sets: § 5+ years’ experience of working in construction or in related sectors § Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach. § Proficiency in Auto CAD, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant tools. § Capable of conducting current state assessments and benchmarking clients' businesses. § Proficiency in problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and storytelling through PowerPoint and Excel. § Good communication, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management abilities. § Willingness to travel for client engagements across India. Years of experience required: 5+ years Education qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering will be preferred.
