" Job Description & Summary The Firm's Assurance Services provides assurance on the financial performance and operations of a client’s business, helps businesses improve external financial reporting and adapt to new regulatory requirements as per state laws/international standards. The Assurance group can also help organizations report externally on non-financial information, strengthen its corporate governance procedures, and achieve social and economic goals related to corporate sustainability. Financial audits provide an independent opinion on a company's financial report and are a critical element in the capital markets system. Capital Market and Accounting Advisory Services is a dedicated global team of professionals that provides high-value advisory services under IFRS, Indian GAAP and Ind AS along with capital markets services. *Responsibilities: · Work on GAAP conversion projects for Banks and NBFCs · Work on projects related to provision of accounting advisory support (IFRS/US GAAP/Ind AS) to clients · Write memos/issue papers on complex accounting issues · Work on projects involving regulatory reporting for Banks and NBFCs covering regulatory reports such as ALM (1, 2,3 4A, 4B), ALE, DSB, RAQ etc. · Assist due diligence teams in IFRS/US GAAP impact assessment on cross border transactions · Contribute to thought leadership publications on IFRS, Indian GAAP and Ind AS *Mandatory skill sets · CA with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience · Additional qualification of CPA, ACCA, and other post-graduation in accounting will be an added advantage · Experience of working on Indian GAAP / Ind AS conversion projects, Regulatory Reporting for Banks and NBFCs *Preferred skill sets · Indian GAAP / IFRS GAAP/Regulatory reporting for banks and NBFCs *Years of experience required • Minimum 2-4 Years relevant experience *Education Qualification • CA qualified Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Chartered Accountant Diploma Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Required Skills Chartered Accounting Optional Skills Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) Travel Requirements Not Specified Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
