Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce FSL Responsibilities: Implement and configure Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) to meet business needs. Customize FSL features such as Work Orders, Service Appointments, and Scheduling rules. Integrate FSL with systems like SAP or Boomi to enable seamless data flow. Write and maintain Apex classes and test classes, ensuring high code quality. Handle data migrations between systems with efficiency and accuracy. Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Document and execute unit tests for developed functionalities. Optimize field service processes using FSL capabilities, improving overall efficiency. Mandatory skill sets: Strong proficiency in Salesforce, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows. Solid experience working with FSL-specific features like the Dispatcher Console and Mobile App. Knowledge of integration tools, APIs, and handling offline capabilities in FSL. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines. . Preferred skill sets: Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification (highly preferred). Additional certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer I are advantageous.
