In Workday programme management at PwC, you will focus on overseeing and managing large-scale Workday implementation projects within an organisation. Working in Workday programme management will involve coordinating multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to enable successful delivery of Workday solutions. You will work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and mitigate risks. Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end design and configuration of Talent, Performance, and Recruiting modules. Configure goal setting, development plans, and succession planning workflows. Manage entire recruiting lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance. Implement onboarding procedures and integrate them with talent data. Partner with HR teams to enhance workforce planning and analytics. Configure reporting on recruiting metrics and talent development outcomes. Support integration of recruiting data with background screening and third-party tools. Troubleshoot and resolve module-specific issues and support upgrades. Train HR and recruitment teams on module capabilities. Proactively recommend talent management improvements based on industry trends.
