" Job Description & Summary –Director Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) to deliver high-quality project outcomes. - Develop and implement project management standards, methodologies, and best practices. - Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple, complex projects within the financial services sector. - Ensure alignment of projects with strategic objectives and business goals. - Collaborate with stakeholders, including senior executives, to define project scope and priorities. - Monitor project performance, timelines, budgets, and deliverables. - Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams to drive performance and innovation. - Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO. ## Experience & Qualifications - **13 to 15 years of experience** in project management, with a proven track record of success in senior leadership roles. - Strong expertise in **Project Management Office (PMO)** operations and frameworks. - Extensive experience in managing large-scale, complex projects within the **financial services sector**, including private equity. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
