Job Position Title: Business Development Manager_Emerging Business_Advisory_Gurgaon Responsibilities: · Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. · Minimum 10 years of experience in technology sales or business development, with significant exposure to India GCCs and domestic clients. · Proven track record achieving and exceeding sales targets year-on-year (details available during interview). · Experience managing and growing a substantial number of strategic accounts. · Demonstrated ability to maintain and develop a healthy sales pipeline valued in the multi-crore range to drive predictable revenues. · Deep understanding of technology services/products relevant to GCCs and domestic enterprises. · Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. · Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and drive customer satisfaction. · Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead sales cycles end-to-end. · Familiarity with sales CRM tools and sales performance metrics. · Willingness to travel as needed across client locations.
